Description
Oha is a tender edible leaf from an evergreen African tree, prized in southeastern Nigerian kitchens. The leaves are torn by hand and added near the end of cooking to make the classic Oha soup, giving it a soft texture and a mild, savoury flavour. Rich in fibre, calcium, and vitamin C.
